Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 20 September 2026

Tunoa is operated by Mahmoud Assem, based in São Paulo, Brazil. These Terms govern access to and licensing of the Tunoa source-code product and any optional implementation services offered through tunoa.app.

1. Tunoa Source License

A standard Tunoa Source License permits the buyer to use, modify and deploy the purchased Tunoa source code for one production domain for the buyer or one client, subject to the license supplied with the purchase.

The apex domain and its www hostname are treated as the same licensed site. A separate independent production domain requires an Additional Domain License.

2. Source-code restrictions

The buyer may modify Tunoa for the licensed end product. Unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it, the buyer may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or share the Tunoa source code as a competing source-code product or template.

The license does not transfer ownership of the original Tunoa product, brand, seller infrastructure, licensing service or intellectual property.

3. Delivery and buyer account

Digital source-code delivery is provided through the buyer's Tunoa account after the transaction and license are successfully verified. Access to protected downloads requires an eligible active license.

The buyer is responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used for the purchase.

4. Optional services

Professional installation and basic branding, Android packaging, Google Play publishing assistance, additional-domain licensing, payment-gateway setup, support and custom development are separate services unless specifically included in the order.

The buyer must provide any information, assets, accounts or authorized access reasonably required to perform a selected service. Buyers should not send account passwords where collaborator, delegated or temporary access can be used instead.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown during checkout. The payment provider processes payment, billing, tax and transaction information under its own applicable terms, privacy policy and payment procedures.

Tunoa does not store full payment-card details on the commercial website.

6. Third-party services

Tunoa may integrate with or depend on third-party services such as Firebase, domain registrars, Google Play, payment providers, authentication providers and hosting platforms.

Those services have their own terms, pricing, policies and approval processes. Tunoa does not guarantee approval, continuous availability or pricing of third-party services.

7. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for the lawful operation of their deployed product, including their own content, users, privacy notices, moderation practices, age requirements, payment configuration, security configuration and compliance obligations applicable to their deployment.

8. Support

Support covers the scope stated on the purchase page, order or separate written agreement. Custom development and work outside the purchased scope may require a separate quote.

9. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law gives the buyer greater protection, that law prevails over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

10. Governing framework

Tunoa is operated from São Paulo, Brazil. Brazilian law applies where applicable, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that apply to a buyer under applicable consumer law.
