This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through tunoa.app and the related Tunoa account, licensing, purchase, download and support services.

For personal data controlled directly by Tunoa, the service is operated by Mahmoud Assem, São Paulo, Brazil.

1. Information we may process

Depending on how the service is used, Tunoa may process information such as account email address, authentication identifiers, purchase and transaction references, license information, licensed-domain information, download and fulfillment metadata, support communications and technical/security logs.

Full payment-card details are not stored by the Tunoa commercial website.

2. Why information is used

Information may be used to authenticate accounts, prepare and verify orders, issue and manage licenses, provide protected downloads, deliver purchased services, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, secure the service, maintain transaction records and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

Payment and billing information is processed by the payment provider used for checkout under that provider's own privacy, payment and transaction terms.
